Eco Toreda Health & Safety Policy

Purpose
The purpose of the Health and Safety Policy is to ensure the health and safety of the Eco Toreda stakeholders in the work environment, at work events, customer sites and while traveling.

Target Audience
This policy is targeted at all Eco Toreda personnel at all Eco Toreda workplaces (inclusive of a Eco Toreda, home office & customer site).

Scope
All Eco Toreda employees, contractors, interns, volunteers, customers, and guests.

Policy Description
Eco Toreda is committed to providing a healthy and safe work environment to our employees, contractors, interns, volunteers, customers, and guests. We achieve this goal through the implementation of our health and safety management system which ensures open communication and consultation with employees & company leadership, proactive identification and management of health and safety risks, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We commit to prevent incidents and continually improve by setting health and safety performance targets and program improvement objectives. We monitor our performance through data driven metrics and measure management system conformance and legal compliance via regular audits.

SUPPORT
Encourage open communication about workplace risks and incidents to ensure timely responses and effective mitigation strategies.

HELP
Offer assistance and care to those impacted by injuries, illnesses, incidents, or other challenges.

ACT
Be ready to take immediate and effective action during emergencies at work, home, or in the community.

REPORT
Equip individuals with the tools, processes, and training needed to responsibly report and address health and safety concerns for employees, contractors, and guests.

EDUCATE
Provide continuous learning opportunities to raise awareness and improve practices that safeguard the health and safety of everyone involved.

Every employee is responsible for complying with the requirements documented in our health and safety management system. People leaders have the additional responsibility for managing health and safety performance on a daily basis, setting a good example at all times, and providing the necessary resources for the implementation of the management system.

Health & Safety Policy Violations
Anyone whose conduct violates company policies may be subject to disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment, in accordance with local laws.
