Sure thing, upgrade or downgrade at anytime.

Can I cancel?

Sure thing, simply pay the total subscription amount due and return your device.

What if my phone gets damaged?

No problem, it happens. Bring your device back and we'll get you setup with a new subscription.

Are the devices brand new?

Our devices are either brand new or fully refurbished to be as good as new.

All refurbished tech is wiped of all data, cleaned, repaired, and rented out again for more people to enjoy.

By reusing and recirculating tech, we extend the lifespan and usage of devices, helping reduce e-waste and our impact on the planet.

When is my first payment due?

Your first payment is taken when you checkout to confirm the order and are issued your device.

What is my payment schedule?

Your payment due date is determined by the date you first receive your product.

If you receive your product on June 1, your payment schedule will be set to the first of the month. We don't have the ability to adjust the payment date manually. This will apply to your second payment onward.

How will my payment appear on my statement?

Banks generally report payments as “EcoToreda.com” or the order number.

How do I change or add my payment method?

You can change your payment method via the Dashboard.

What happens if one of my payments fails?

We automatically reattempt any failed payment 5 days after the due date.
